We have all heard tales of buyer beware, or caveat emptor as the latin maxim goes. how is this for a caveat :
“Only defective product will be offered exchange . Item must be returned within 14 Days . All returned items Must be brand new , factory sealed and unused”
factory sealed and unused, i suppose you will check if the item is working by utilising your super powers……
